With more than 20 years of combined Leadership, Talent Acquisition, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion experience, Relesha Billups is known for designing and implementing national recruitment strategies and leading and developing high performing teams. Billups has actively contributed to various Human Resources, business, and DEI initiatives within the financial services industry. She thrives in the space of bringing awareness to issues and overall opportunities to do better. She is willing to challenge the status quo and looks to create, encourage, and promote a more inclusive environment. Billups is a native of Saint Paul and currently resides in Brooklyn Center.

Who is one person who inspires you and why?
One person that I admire is Tonia Brinston. In addition to her achievements as an award-winning financial educator and career advisor, I have witnessed her willingness to share her knowledge with many including myself. She is a true example of Servant Leadership and her reach is extremely impactful in part due to her style and approach to financial literacy education. She is genuine and meets every single individual exactly where they are on their path to financial freedom. She is a true gem to the Twin Cities.
