I’m excited to contribute my experience in finance, strategic planning, and nonprofit leadership to support Exodus Lending’s continued success and impact. After living and working in Washington, D.C., New York, and Barcelona, I recently returned home to the Midwest. I’ve spent the last six years in global nonprofit program management. Before moving into nonprofit leadership, I worked in wealth management and led international tax engagements for large international corporations and private holding companies. I have an MBA from IESE Business School, a BS from University of Minnesota-Carlson School of Management and am a CPA. I am involved locally in board and volunteer leadership focused on financial governance and community investment. I’m especially passionate about financial inclusion, economic empowerment, and cross-cultural collaboration —which intersects with many of the activities and organizations I am involved in.

Outside of work, I love to travel, stay active through sports, and enjoy reading and spending time with friends and family.

I first heard about Exodus Lending upon recently returning to Minneapolis. I’m drawn to the organization because I believe financial oversight and community impact and inclusion go hand in hand — and I want to bring that same rigor and care to help ensure the organization’s resources create lasting change for the community.

Who is one person who inspires you and why?

My parents are my biggest inspirations. They taught me the value of small businesses and local government and how each shapes the health of a community — and how much it matters to give back and invest in the people around you. They instilled in me the belief that everyone deserves the same starting line — whether that’s access to rec sports, capital for small businesses, or financial literacy. That’s what draws me to Exodus Lending: the chance to help Minneapolis families break free from predatory debt and gain the financial footing that opens doors to the opportunities everyone deserves.
