Ace Cash Express Borrowers:

Our program pays off existing loans and sets you up on a 12-24 months repayment plan with no interest or fees. However, we are not able to refinance a loan that has already been paid off. If you wish to work with us when we return in January, but your loan is due before January 8, you can try calling your Ace Cash Express store (or their corporate number if you took the loan out online) to “revoke permission” for them to ACH your account. This should stop Ace Cash Express from automatically collecting the amount to pay off your loan in full. Please note this may cause your loan to be sent to collections. We can still pay off a loan that has been sent to collections, but it may have a negative impact on your credit.
