Sara joined Exodus Lending as the executive director in May, 2016 but she’s no stranger to the non-profit world. She was the Family Services Manager at Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity, the director of the Greater Minneapolis Council of Churches’ Center for Families in North Minneapolis and later Minnesota FoodShare. Most recently she was with Sarah’s…an Oasis for Women. Sara is grateful for this opportunity to be part of an organization which works to partner with individuals to not only change their own lives but also to strengthen their communities. When she’s not working she may be found walking along the Mississippi River Road, practicing the clarinet, reading, trying to reduce her carbon footprint and spending time with family and friends. You can reach her at [email protected].
Kathy joined Exodus Lending as the program manager during the summer of 2015. She has a long history of working in non-profit settings serving diverse communities providing shelter, case management and advocacy services, education, mental health counseling and financial assistance. Kathy enjoys working with those experiencing a life transition by reducing or eliminating barriers so they may continue on their
journey in a healthier way. She enjoys the challenge of putting together a 3,000 piece puzzle, traveling, walking around the lakes and backyard bonfires with family and her dog. You can reach her at [email protected].
Kaitlyn joined Exodus Lending as an AmeriCorp VISTA in August, 2017. She is a recent graduate from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, where she studied urban studies and sociology of law. During her undergraduate career, she spent time working with a research group focused on supporting military families and interning with a tenant’s rights advocacy organization as well as a community foundation supporting social justice initiatives throughout Minnesota. She is honored to have the opportunity to serve with Exodus Lending for the next year as the organization continues its work helping Minnesotans achieve financial stability for themselves and for their communities. An avid sports fan, she spends her free time watching baseball and hockey. She can be reached at [email protected]
